This study showcased the untold story of the seasoned teachers across the schools in Paranaque. Seasoned Teachers are selected using purposive sampling they are coming from both public and private schools who are currently teaching. The researchers used semi-structured interviews to gather data, which were then analyzed using Creswell Phenomenological Analysis. Seven (7) themes emerged from the data: Personal Hindrances; Preparedness to new normal; Emotional Distress; Self Exploration; Longer Professional Hours; Personal Changes; and lastly, Their Desire to Move Forward. Furthermore, the findings suggest a connection to Jean William Fritz Piaget's Theory called Constructivism, explaining that the adaptation of learning is bound by two partitions which are; Assimilation and Accommodation of the new knowledge. Lastly, the behavioral and lived-experience of the seasoned teachers are absolutely fascinating due to the excessive eagerness to pass their knowledge to their students wholeheartedly regardless of the current situation.
