Is there a significant relationship between teachers and school managers' assessment on the latter's practice of professionalism? 3. Is there a significant difference as to the extent of school managers practice of professionalism along the five dimensions as assessed by the respondents? 4. Is there a significant difference as to the extent of school managers practice of professionalism as assessed by school managers themselves and teachers when grouped according to their educational levels? 5. Based on the findings of the study, what appropriate reorientation program for the school managers can be proposed?
