This study sought to answer the following questions: 1. What is the level of professionalism of school mangers in the Division of Parañaque City as assessed by the school managers themselves and their teachers along these five dimensions? 1.1.Specialized Knowledge 1.2. Skills You sent 1.3. Standards 1.4. Esprit d' Corps 1.5. Supportive Environment 2. Is there a significant relationship between teachers and school managers' assessment on the latter's practice of professionalism? 3. Is there a significant difference as to the extent of school managers practice of professionalism along the five dimensions as assessed by the respondents? 4. Is there a significant difference as to the extent of school managers practice of professionalism as assessed by school managers themselves and teachers when grouped according to their educational levels? 5. Based on the findings of the study, what appropriate reorientation program for the school managers can be proposed?
