Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study determined the level of implementation to the mandated standards and regulations of the Department of Education in the INNOVE Program of Southville International School and Colleges and the relationship between the profile of the respondents and the variables of the INNOVE Program that would serve as a basis for an enhanced INNOVE Program with the following specific questions answered in the study. Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions: 1. What is the profile of the respondents in terms of 1.1 gender, 1.2 age You sent 1.3 highest educational attainment; and 1.4 special education trainings/seminar? 2. What are the assessments of parents, teachers, staff and members of management in the following: 2.1 Philosophy, goals and objectives 2.2 Instructional program/curriculum 2.3 Personnel 2.4 School Plant, Equipment and Facilities; 2.5 Studerts Services, 2.6 Administraticn, 2.7 and Family Involvement? 3. Is there a significant relationship between the profile of the respondents and the variables in the INNOVE program? 4. Based on the findings of the study, what enhanced educational program can be proposed?
