Master Thesis
The study focused on the implementation of the Field Study in the new normal, the challenges encountered and the experiences of the key players of this study. As the study gives more emphasis on the existing implementation of the Field Study, a remote flexible field study framework in the new normal is proposed and considered as a significant contribution of the researcher to the organization. It utilized quantitative-descriptive of data using research-made survey questionnaire. The descriptive survey was administered to gather data regarding the implementation and challenges of the participating institutions. Results showed that Field Study program was implemented in terms of deployment of the Field Study students; immersion; tasks; and reporting and assessment by both participating schools even in this time of pandemic.
