Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study aims to determine the limitations and lamentations on the use of module in delivering lessons in public schools wherein public-school teachers still encountered hindrances in delivering the lessons during the modular distance learning. Most countries around the world have temporarily closed educational institutions to contain the spread of the virus and reduce infections (Tria, 2020). Since education is no longer held within the school, a huge change s being encountered by the teachers. Lamentations are being faced. They also encountered different struggles in the distribution and retrieval of modules. You sent Teaching and learning circumstances during the pandemic have presented serious risks for many children and learners, especially those living in difficult circumstances. It is very evident that the result of the study showed that home facilitators who have no basic understanding of the subject matter and the home facilitators who were the ones answering their child's module instead of them guiding the learners. It was identified that Stakeholders' partnership and support and assessment and monitoring of learning are areas for improvement to optimize the implementation of MDL. This study utilized a mixed method design. In this study, an exploratory sequential mixed method research (MMR) design was specifically used in order to broadly explore and understand the limitations and lamentations of public-school teachers in delivering of modules.
