STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM This study seeks to analyze the marketing strategies of the Max's Restaurant in Baclaran since 2005. Specifically, the study aims to answer the following questions 1. How adequate are the promotional practices used by Max's Restaurant in relation to 1.1 Service 1.2 Quality of food 1.3 Facilities 1.4 Promotional tools 1.5 Place 1.6 Price 2. Who are their target customers? 3. What are the problems encountered by the establishment considering the social, economic, and other problems with regards to the operation and what solutions have they taken regarding these problems? 4. Who are their competitors? 5. Did the Max's Restaurant meet its target sales for the year 2005? 6. What are the tools used for promotion? Research Method This study used the descriptive method of research. To answer questions concerning the current status of the study the collection of data was done through survey questionnaire, opinionnaire, interview and readings from related literature. Simple statistics were used to compute the weight mean. The weighted mean was obtained by getting the product of the frequency and weight assign to each scale. Subject of the Study This involves the marketing strategy, which includes their appeal to the people, price of the product, place of distribution and promotional tools of Max's Restaurant to meet the desire sales.
