Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This descriptive-evaluative study evaluates the ICT skills and the extent of ICT integration in teaching beginning public elementary school teachers in Silan in order to propose an induction training program. The primary data sources will come from the beginning elementary teachers in Silang, a total of 53 respondents. The researcher used the whole population of beginning teachers in Silang. Pearson R will be used to test the significant relationship between ICT skills and ICT integration in teaching. A validated questionnaire was adapted for this study as a means of gathering data. This study is conducted to formulate an induction training program for beginning teachers.
