Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study aimed to find out the elementary teachers' competencies in educational video production and to propose an enhanced capacity-building training program that would cater to their needs based on the analysis of the results. The researcher applied the descriptive quantitative research design to determine how competent the elementary teachers in the Tagaytay City district were in educational video production and focused specifically on content and design, scriptwriting, video shooting, and video editing. Furthermore, when grouped accordingly, the researcher observed significant relationships and differences in respondents' competencies and profile variables. The results revealed that most of the elementary teacher-respondents belong to the age bracket of 30-36 years old, with 6-10-year teaching experience, mostly from small schools, and most have no educational video production experience. In general, the elementary teachers of Tagaytay City are competent in educational videos, with an overall mean of 2.57. There was no significant relationship or difference between elementary teachers' competencies in educational video production and their age, years of teaching, and school category. However, it was found to have a significant difference in the competencies in educational video production of elementary teachers when grouped according to their video production experience. Based on the study's findings, an enhanced capacity-building training program for elementary teachers was proposed to address the needs of elementary teachers regarding educational video production.
