Master Thesis
The study intended to analyze the research capability of Silang District II teachers. The output of the study aims to provide a writeshop program that aid to create a sustainable research culture in Silang District II. To capture data, produce information and achieve its purposes, the researcher utilized the quantitative descriptive correlational method through a survey questionnaire disseminated to Silang District II teachers via google form and hard copies. Results showed that majority of the respondents are classified as younger generation. Consequently, relationship of capability level on teachers educational attainment, years in service and number of researches conducted are significantly related. Through this, a writeshop program was created so help bridged the gap and create a more supportive research environment not only for full equipped researchers but also to novice. This study contributes to the Research Capability in Silang District II through a writeshop Program.
