This research paper investigates {93}LEVEL OF JOB SATISFACTION AND EXPERTISE OF LICENSED CUSTOMS BROKER IN SELECTED BROKERAGE FIRM IN PARANAQUE CITY{94}. The study acknowledges the importance of faith, recognizing the researchers{92} dependence on a higher power for strength and knowledge throughout the research process. The paper highlights the guidance and expertise of several individuals who significantly contributed to its completion. Faculty members at CUSTRE, including Professor Michael B. Caducoy, Dr. Lysander Rodan C. Dela Cruz, Dr. Estella G. Garcia, Mr. Ronel L. Oli Jr., and advisor Mr. Jerald Sollano, provided invaluable support and feedback. The research extends gratitude to friends, family, and survey participants whose encouragement and assistance were instrumental in the success of the study. This research is dedicated to those who believed in the researchers{92} ability to complete this work. We discuss the different meanings of employee engagement, the history of engagement research, and review the main theories as well as the antecedents and consequences of employee engagement. The instruments that have been developed to measure employee engagement are also discussed as well as the cultural and global issues of employee engagement.
