Summary: The study aims to assess the effectiveness of teaching world dance using cooperative learning strategies as perceived by the College Students in Olivarez College-Paranaque for School Year 2023-2024. The primary subjects of the study are 2nd year College Students taking Path-Fit II from the College students as respondents. The study design is based on a cross-sectional design. The data were collected and extracted by the researcher to see the contributing indicators to determine the effectiveness of cooperative learning methods in teaching world dancing among college students. The results showed that, across all items related to positive interdependence, respondents generally perceived the practices as very effective with a notable percentage assigning this highest rating. Moreover, the study{92}s conclusions offer practical guidance for instructional methodologies, targeted program interventions, and future research endeavors. Based on the findings, it is recommended that educators continue to explore and implement cooperative learning strategies in teaching of folk dances.
