Potential issues may arise during use, including potential technical glitches or unstable internet connection. Understanding both the scope of the system, its capabilities and its limitations is crucial for ensuring successful and efficient deployment. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting quantitative data through surveys. Analysis revealed a statistically significant improvement in user satisfaction and operational efficiency, with respondents rating the system{92}s interface and functionality as {91} very satisfied{92}. The findings underscore the system{92}s transformative potential in enhancing marketing operations within higher education, while also highlighting the importance of proactive management of its limitations to maximize overall impact.
