This study sought to identify the factors and challenges influencing student retention across all academic programs at Olivarez College, employing an embedded mixed-methods design and stratified non-random sampling technique. Researchers developed a set of interview and survey questionnaires to gather data, which experts validated. This research studied how students{92} commitment to their goals, the support they get from the school, and the challenges they face affect their decision to stay at Olivarez College. A total of 306 students from both 3rd and 4th year levels were included. The results showed that students with clear goals, good study habits, and a love of learning are more likely to stay in school. They were also motivated to continue their studies because of the school{92}s support, including career programs and clean, well-maintained facilities. Students , however, faced several challenges, including difficulty assimilating into the school{92}s ideals. Uneven teaching styles, insufficient learning materials, and insufficient student services. And despite these challenges, many kids were able to survive and adapt. The survey also disciplines. There were no significant differences by year level or financial background, and these findings could help private schools enhance their student support and retention strategies.
