Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study was intended to create an information campaign for gradual re-opening of campus by determining the parental perspectives and prospects on vaccination and face to face learning facilitation in DepEd schools. It utilized a mixed method using questionnaires among 157 respondents and an in-depth interview with 8 respondents. Results showed that the parents have a good perspective about vaccination and face-to-face class facilitation, most of the parents struggle in facilitating their child's education at home. Their responsibilities as a parent and an employee, and their knowledge about the specific concept are some of the factors that affect their child's learning. Because of this, parents will allow their child to join the gradual re-opening of face-to-face classes. An information campaign for the gradual re-opening of campus has been proposed to enlighten and ensure the parents about the safety and welfare of their child on the gradual re-opening of campuses.
