Master Thesis

Education is a process of actualization of all potentialities of man such as physical, moral and intellectual. It contrives to make man more civilized and cultured, thereby making life for them more productive. The attainment of such, lies on the hand of the teachers who have the vital role on the growth and development of the students. Teachers administer appropriate assessment techniques and use instruments for instructional activities intended for students progress. They measured students' development by obtaining and analyzing evaluative information concerning the effectiveness of instruction. They provide learning opportunities that are interesting and appropriate to different ability levels of students after which they evaluate student's performance to determine their effectiveness in teaching.
