Dissertation note: Master Thesis Summary: This study endeavored to determine the efficiency of the standards and practices of the top ten medical tourism entities in the Philippines as perceived by the three groups of respondents, namely: the clients, operations and staff personnel, respectively along dimensions of their facilitators, training and services toward an end of crafting and designing advertising portfolio to promote those mentioned entities. Specifically, this study sought answers to the following posted questions: 1. How does the Philippine medical tourism position itself in the world standards and branding? 2. How effective are the said ten medical tourism enties as perceived by clients, operations and service personnel in terms of: 2.1. Facilitator; 2.2. Training; and 2.3. Service? 3. Is there significant difference in the effectiveness of the ten medical tourism entities in terms of the three components as evaluated by the three groups of respondents? 4. Based on the result of the study, what advertising portfolio can be designed for this purpose? Hypothesis 1. There is no significant difference in the effectiveness of the ten medical tourism entities in terms of the three components as evaluated by the three groups of respondents. Methodology This study used the quantitative descriptive evaluative method complimented by documentary analysis using evaluation questionnaire among 244 respondents that comprised clients (97); operations personnel (82) and service staff (65). This study utilized frequency, percentage, rank and weight mean with 5-points likert scale to determine the effectivess of the said entities while statistical treatment friendman's Two- WAy analysis of variance was used to depict difference on the perceived effiency among groups of respondents along considered componets.
