This study attempted to assess the effectiveness of TLE implementation in DepED-Division of Paranaque City during School Year 2015-2016 toward a stronger academe-industry partnership. questions: Specifically, this study sought to answer the following research 1. How effective is the TLE implementation in the DepED-Division of Parañaque City as perceived by the teachers of exploratory and specialized courses in terms of: 1.1. Curriculum Content; 1.2. Instruction; 1.3. Assessment Techniques; 1.4. Learning Facilitators; and 1.5. Instructional Facilities? 2. Is there a significant difference in the assessment results of the groups of respondent on TLE implementation in the said division? 3. What are the challenges confronted by the respondents in the implementation of TLE in their respective school? 4. Based on the results of the study, what implementation improvement can be proposed? This study employed the descriptive evaluation method of research using survey questionnaire in gathering the data. Among one hundred fifty-five (155) TLE exploratory and specialized teachers as respondents from the ten (10) school districts of Paranaque City. The weighted mean was utilized to determine the effectiveness of TLE implementation in terms of certain components; while test of significant difference between the assessment of the two groups of respondents was used. Likewise, frequency and percentage were used in determining the challenges confronted by teachers in the implementation of the said program in their respective schools.
