Master Thesis
This phenomenological inquiry approach within qualitative research design sought to capture the essence of the lived experiences of selected successful Educational Management graduates in Olivarez College. Specifically, the study focused on the following central and corollary questions; Central Question What is the essence of the lived experiences of the successful Educational Management graduates through their testimonies of aspirations, struggles and success stories? Corollary Questions 1. How does each co-researcher describe his/her testimonies of aspirations, struggles and success stories? 2. What themes emerged from the shared testimonies of the co- researchers? 3. What reflections can be drawn to inspire students pursuing graduate program in Educational Management? 4. Taken from the shared testimonies, what material can inspire pursuing graduate students in this master's programs? This study utilized phenomenological inquiry using interview to gather testimonies of the co-researchers along the multiple perspectives that were transcribed.
