Master Thesis
The main purpose of the study was to find out the managerial practices of public secondary school administrators in the Division of Taguig, Pateros as perceived by teachers. Specifically, the study sought answers to the following questions. 1. What is the demographic profile of the respondent teachers in terms of experience in years, ethnicity, educational attainment, and place of assignment? 2. What are the managerial practices of the public secondary school administrators in the Division of Taguig, Pateros along marketing material, method time, human resource, financial resource, and machine managements as perceived by the teachers? 3. Is there a significant difference in the perceptions of teachers on the managerial practices of secondary school administrators in the Division of Taguig, Pateros alone marketing, material, method, time, human resource, financial resource and machine managements when the respondents are grouped according to experience in years, ethnicity, educational attainment, and place of assignments? 4. Is there a significant difference on the managerial practices of the secondary school administrators in the Division of Taguig, Pateros along the seven Components as perceived by their teachers.
