This study tried to determine the performance of Grade Four pupils in Queens Row Elementary School, District II, and Division of Cavite in the 2004 National Diagnostic Test in Mathematics as basis of proposing a school mathematics education development program. Specifically, this study tried to answer the following questions: 1. How were the grade four pupils be described in terms of the following: 1.1 Age 1.2 Gender 1.3 Monthly Family Income 1.4 Educational Attainment of Parents 2. What was the profile of the primary grades Math Teachers of Queens Row Elementary School in terms of 2.1 Age 2.2 Gender 2.3 Civil Status You sent 2.4 Educational Attainment 2.5 Number of years teaching experienced 3. How did the Grade Four pupils perform in the 2004 National Diagnostic in Mathematics Test of the aforecited variable in sub-problem no. 1? 4. Was there a significant mean difference between the pupils' test score by each of the aforecited variable in sub-problem no. 1? 5. How did the Grade four pupils perform in the 2004-2005 National Diagnostic Test in Math Competency and by each of the variables in sub-Problem no. 1? 6. What mathematics education development program can be proposed for Queens Row Elementary School?
