Master Thesis
This study death with the construction of personality development module Social Orientation 2, the student as a person. This study seeks to determine to what extent does the proposed module meet the following criteria in terms of content, adequacy, congruency, suitability, clarity and usefulness, how are the essential parts of the module presented such as introduction, how to use the module, pre-test, lessons, posttests, to come up with a module on personality development for social orientation 2. Personality does not only mean that a person has a cham, a positive attitude towards life, a smiling face, or is a finalist for the year's beauty contest. When psychologists talk of personality, they mean a dynamic concept describing the growth and development of a person's whole psychological system. Rather than looking at parts of the person, personality looks at some aggregate whole that is greater than the sum of parts. This module has been designed and improved by selecting relevant research concepts and module format to update student knowledge on the field of personality development. This module is enjoyable to read and very informative, The language used is clear and easy to understand. The set of objectives of each lesson is adequately met by using appropriate topics and activities. The module also provides pre-learning activities and anecdotes that lead to meaningful discussion about the topics.
