The present study was conducted to identify and analyze the styles of elementary school principals in resolving conflicts. Specifically, the researcher sought to answer the following questions: 1. What are the principal - respondents' conflict management styles? 2. What are the causes of relational conflicts prevailing in the elementary schools of Paranaque City Schools Division? 3. Are the principals conflict management styles significantly associated with the resolutions of relational conflicts? You sent 4.
