Challenges such as a negative impact on self-confidence, feelings of inadequacy, and struggles in applying basic skills in real-life settings are discussed. The study underscores the importance of hands-on face-to-face instruction for RLE (Related Learning Experience) subjects in nursing, as it is fundamental in nursing education that adequately prepares graduates for clinical practice.
