This study sought to assess the level of administrative management competence of public secondary school principals in the Division of Paranaque City that served as basis for sustainable school management initiative. The study was undertaken in school year 2012-2013 with spade work which began in November of 2012. The actual distribution of the questionnaires was conducted during the entire January 2013 after the researcher was granted the approval for her study in October 2012. You sent Specifically, the study answered the following questions 1. What is the level of administrative management competence of the public secondary school principals as perceived by the Division officials, principals and teachers in terms of: 1. Resource Management 1.1.1 Human 1.1.2 Physical 1.1.3 Fiscal 1.2 Data Management; and 1.3 Linkage Management? 2. Is there a significant difference in the appraisal of the three groups of respondents on the administrative management competence of public secondary school principals? 2.1 Division officials 2.2 Principals 2.3 Teachers 3. Is there a significant difference in the appraisal on the said principals of the three groups of respondents along the different aspects? You sent 4. Based on he result of the study, what sustainable school management initiative can be proposed?
