Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: The Human Resource Department (HRD) at Olivarez College used a paper-based system for their transactions and daily operations. This old system causes problems for the employees to get human resource (HR) information and complete transactions. Through the process of continuous professional improvement, which permanently ensures a high level of competence and through materialized creativity in inventions and innovations, HR in the school has evolved and self-perfect and contribute to the evolution of the organization. On the other hand, the organization, through the culture that it develops, stimulates the necessary flexibility for the change that it anticipates according to the future requirements of the internal and external environment of the school. This way, the whole organization can participate and make the permanent adaptation of its activities. This problem led the researchers to conduct a study and develop a system that might help in resolving the said problem. The data for this quantitative study were collected through a survey. The researchers asked the HRD Head if they can create a system that can help their office. The main aim of this study is to plan, design, and develop a human resource management system (HRMS) for the HRD office of Olivarez College. It has different modules such as the requests of the employees, viewing the information of the employees, thereby connecting the employees in the school. The HRMS provides information regarding the employees in the company. The system should facilitate good interaction and communication facilities between the employees, department heads, and HR administration.
