This study aimed to determine the different physical fitness exercises that students perform in school and how the exercises are described in terms of accessibility, language of instruction, and difficulty level. This research can be used to determine the effectiveness of the materials in improving academic performance and to use the materials as supplementary resources for teaching physical fitness. With the use of descriptive methods combined with a quantitative approach to gather information about students{92} perceptions. A descriptive research design can employ a variety of research methods to investigate one or more variables. Its purpose is to collect data or conditions that exist at a specific time. The entire procedure revolves around determining their perception of the use of recorded physical fitness exercises. Overall, the use of recorded physical fitness exercises aids respondents in understanding and following the recorded physical fitness exercises, which include Zumba, games and sports, fitness and others. The respondents have no trouble opening the apps to access the recorded physical fitness exercise on various social media platforms such as Youtube, Facebook, or Tiktok.
