Dissertation note: Undergraduate Thesis Summary: This study was conducted to determine the customer level of satisfaction in the residents of Parañaque City in using mobile food delivery applications. The number of people who use delivery apps and their social impact has grown. Fifty participated in the online survey who were selected using non-random purposive sampling. A questionnaire developed by the researchers was used to gather data with Cronbach alpha of.96., mean, t-test, and analysis of variance were performed to treat data. There were no significant differences between the customer level of satisfaction and customer perceived level of importance in using mobile food delivery applications when grouped accordingly. The study findings showed a mean = 3.57 (SD = 0.594) of customer level of satisfaction in terms of the transaction process that means very much satisfied. Customer satisfaction, with easy to access (mean = 3.72, SD = 0.536), over-all experience Mean=3.70 (SD = 0.505), and convenience mean = 3.66 (SD = 0.519) increased satisfaction with the mobile food delivery services. The impact of delivery app use factors on customers' level of importance in terms of an application interface (mean = 3.64, SD = 0.626) means very much important. Application interface and the customer perceived level of importance in terms of customer engagement was mean = 3.60 (SD = 0.649) which means very much important. Customers' level of importance in terms of the application interface, ease to use, and mean = 3.72 (SD = 0.573) got the highest mean score. Customers' level of importance in terms of customer engagement, helpful mean=3.66(SD=0.626) got the highest mean score. Filipinos are famed for their culinary prowess. Delivery apps which changed everyone's life forever, food delivery applications will deliver meals and even groceries to your door. These apps are made to make our lives easier.
