The present research investigates the impact of the perceived threat of C0VID-19. This new normal, there arc many changes when it comes to the business operation in Giligans Restaurant like figuring out how to survive with takeout and delivery service only. The objective ofthis study is to identify the challenges and issues that Giligans faced. This study examines medium enterprises in Vista Mall Las Pinas City from a qualitative analysis. Medium-enterprise are privately owned businesses whose capital, workforce, and assets fall below a certain level. On the other hand, qualitative analysis uses subjective judgment to analyze a companys value or prospects based on non-quantifiable information. This study was done through document analysis of articles about Giligans and in-depth interview of the employees to gain credible information. The findings suggest that creating a new and effective strategy will help Giligans to survive and strengthen in this new normal setup. This research provides a strategy for the Gilligan's to recover from the negative impacts ofthe COVID-19 pandemic.
